This is a good unit and does exactlyas advertised. Fairly easy to set up, super easy to clean, and it's quiet.
I've had it running a little more than a month now and haven't had any issues. I usually top the water off off every day.
All that being said, the top pool is shallow and my cats prefer to drink from that rather than the fountain. Being so shallow with such a deep base is kind of strange to me. This is the only reason it has to be topped off daily. I will have to look for a different fountain at some point just for convenience purposes.

I bought this fountain for my senior kitty because she wasn't drinking enough water each day. She got to where she would splash the water out of her bowl and walk away. My search for the right fountain for her...and for me...ended when I found this one. I love that it is stainless, very easy to operate and clean, and is so quiet I barely know it's there. And the price was very right for me because I was skeptical as to whether or not Baby would even use it--she's a picky kitty. Needless to say, she and I are both totally happy withe this fountain. She's drinking more water these days and I have no complaints about taking care of it for her! We've been using it about 4 months now. I am impressed with its quality in every way.

My cats love the fountain. It's quiet except for when the water level is low then I know I have to refill it. The water flow great, my cats drink directly from the spout. It's easy to use, durable, functional, and the stainless steel helps keep water cool. Great product.
